The Best Program allows incarcerated State Inmates to seek employment while incarcerated: 

Inmate must be approved by the State Department of Corrections 
Must have a high school diploma or successfully completed our GED program. 
Must have successfully completed or MRT program. 
Must submitted to drug screens. 
25% of net pay shall be paid towards child support obligations until absolved. 
15% 0f net pay shall be paid towards restitution or court costs until absolved. 
Savings - 20% shall be retained in the trust account for use by the participant upon release from custody 
Multiple Participants have retained employment after release from incarceration.
